Black Swan Health provides friendly, professional, and evidence-based psychological services for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns across the Perth metropolitan area.

Our Team

Delivered by a team of AHPRA and Medicare Australia registered mental health professionals, our psychological services team can help with a range of issues such as:

Meet our Clinicians

We employ only qualified and specialised staff who are registered with AHPRA and Medicare Australia. All of our counsellors have extensive experience delivering mental health services for a minimum of two years.

Bookings and referrals

GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician Referrals

Those referred by a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician are eligible for a Medicare rebate. With the Medicare rebate, you can access up to 20 subsidised sessions with one of our expert team. Please ask your doctor to complete a referral and fax to 9201 0033.

Self referral private health fund or full fee individuals

You can contact us on 1300 820 398 to book a private appointment. If you choose to self-refer you do not need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.  The following fees apply:

  • $190 for a Clinical Psychologist (50 minute session)
  • $140 for a Registered Psychologist (50 minute session)
  • $130 for a Mental Health Occupational Therapist (50 minute session)
  • $130 for a Mental Health Social Worker (50 minute session).

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate.
