Bookings and referrals
GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician Referrals
Those referred by a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician are eligible for a Medicare rebate. With the Medicare rebate, you can access up to 10 subsidised sessions with one of our expert team.
Please ask your doctor to complete a referral and fax to 08 9242 1584. Telehealth options are available.
Self referral or GP referral
You can contact us on 1300 820 398 to book an appointment. If you choose to self-refer you do not need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.
