I frequently incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) to help clients process distressing memories and reduce the emotional weight of past events. My practice is also informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, providing you with actionable strategies to move toward what matters most.
With training in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia), I support clients in overcoming sleep difficulties, particularly when they are linked to mental health concerns. Additionally, I have a deep passion for perinatal mental health, supporting mums and dads through the complexities of postnatal depression, anxiety, and the transition into parenthood.
