How to unsubscribe
All of our newsletters feature an easy unsubscribe link in the footer.
When you unsubscribe from a newsletter managed by Mailchimp, your details remain on the list of past recipients. This is a measure to prevent circumstances where you may be accidentally re-added to a distribution list. However, if you wish for your details to be permanently deleted from our list, please contact us via email at privacy@blackswanhealth.com.au.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have contacted us via an online form on this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. What data breach procedures we have in place
Black Swan Health has a Data Breach Policy, which details our data breach response plan and sets out procedures and clear lines of authority for Black Swan Health staff in the event that the organisation experiences a data breach, including client health records and personal information (or suspects that a data breach has occurred).
If a data breach triggers the requirements of the Notifiable Data Breach scheme, Black Swan Health is required to notify particular individuals and the AIC Commissioner about eligible data breaches.
