Men of Hope

About Us

Experience the joy of life by becoming a part of Men of Hope, a social group specifically designed for men experiencing challenges with their mental health.

Part of the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program funded by WAPHA, Men of Hope is free to access and aims to help individuals improve mental well-being and achieve personal goals by building support networks and connecting with community resources.

We offer a variety of groups which provide an opportunity to regularly connect with one another, engage in fun activities, and enjoy casual social meet-ups.

Join us at our next meeting and become part of a supportive and vibrant community!

Member Testimonials

Men of Hope is a good place to ground yourself. I find it is a place where I can give – it is fulfilling. It gives me perspective having the guys to confide in.” – Anonymous

“I have been playing music on my guitar on my own for more than forty years. I always dreamt that I could play music in a band. Now I am playing music in our Men of Hope Music Group. We performed our songs to an audience last month. It’s a dream come true. It’s not only about the music but socialising with the guys that makes a difference in my life.” – Anonymous
