The Role
The Human Resources Adviser will work in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager to provide timely day-to-day human resources advice and support to managers and employees in contract management, employee relations, performance management and grievance resolution. The position will be responsible for candidate attraction and selection strategy development, implementation, and training. They will manage and provide advice on occupational safety and health incidents, accidents, control measures and reporting requirements. The role is also responsible for overseeing the mandatory online training, in-house training and safety training requirements for all employees, students, volunteers, and contractors.
