We’re looking for someone who is passionate about mental health to fill the vacant position of Case Manager. The position sits within our hEP Mobile Assessment Treatment Team based out of our Joondalup office. hEP is an innovative initiative funded by the Australian Government (Department of Health) designed to provide early intervention, responsive and recovery focused care for young people aged 12 – 25 years who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis or at ultra-high risk of experiencing psychosis.
