  • Schema Therapy: We’ll explore and shift long-standing patterns and beliefs that may be causing distress, especially in areas like anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and relationship difficulties.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): This approach focuses on your strengths and goals, helping you discover small, positive steps that lead to real-life change.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): We’ll work on building psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to actions that align with your core values.
