Sara’s Mental Health Tip:

Pay attention to the “building blocks of wellbeing” (sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress management, thoughts and relationships). Aiming to achieve a good balance of the 6 components is great for optimal mental health. Although it may seem at first glance there are too many areas to focus on, let me assure it can be done, and the benefits outweigh the discomfort of changing some unhelpful patterns and habits.
