
Evan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian committed to helping clients manage their health through practical, realistic strategies. He has a particular focus on diabetes, fat loss, fatigue, ADHD, muscle maintenance and gain, and providing tailored nutritional support for neurodiverse individuals.
He is skilled at transforming complex nutrition science into straightforward, achievable guidance, helping clients feel confident and capable in managing their health. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and individualised care, Evan works closely with clients to build strategies that are both effective and aligned with their individual lifestyles and preferences to make sustainable improvements to their health.
Outside of his clinical work, Evan enjoys staying active in the gym, exploring new foods, and deepening his knowledge of behavioural psychology as it relates to nutrition. He strongly believes in the power of small, consistent changes, celebrated along the way, to create lasting and meaningful outcomes.
