Wayne has been working as a registered psychologist and researcher for the past 25 years in both the corporate and education sector.
Wayne’s research includes retirement and work on an Australia-wide study into pervasive development disorders.
Wayne spent the past nine years working as a school psychologist in the New South Wales public school system.
Wayne specialises in a range of therapeutic techniques including neuro linguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and motivational therapy.
Wayne also has an interest in helping people manage work and home life balance, dealing with difficult people and helping people transitioning into retirement.
