Patrick has over 20 years' experience in working with children, adults and couples to improve mental health outcomes.

He focuses on the treatment of adults and couples, employing a wide range of therapeutic models to generate positive outcomes. These include neurological psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and  Transactional Analysis.  

Patrick also has experience in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, exposure therapy and Critical Incident debriefing for trauma, as well as Imago Relationship therapy and in Emotion Focused Couples therapy.

Patrick is a contracted service-provider for the Vietnam Veterans and Veteran Affairs Departments, and has provided this service for over 15 years. He is also well-versed in insurance, worker’s compensation and injury management cases.
