Jenni is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience in psychological counselling and assessment, including over 6 years of experience working with children.
Jenni has demonstrated expertise in the treatment of eating disorders, addiction, perinatal depression, relationships, sexual abuse and sexual assault, as well as other conditions.
She draws from a range of psychological treatment methods to suit the individual client, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, brief therapy, mindfulness therapies, EMDR, and other psychotherapeutic approaches.
Jenni takes a person-centred approach to her therapy, based on the client’s individual background, current life experiences, problems, strengths and goals. She believes that each client is the expert on themselves, but can gain greater insight into their thoughts, feelings, behaviour, relationships, strengths, and challenges with her guidance.
