Cesar Ariza Millan has more than 20 years’ experience as a registered psychologist in clinical practice and the corporate sector, drawing on his substantial knowledge of evidence-based techniques and approaches to support a diverse clientele toward better mental health outcomes. He has substantial experience in work-related counselling, under an Employee Assistance Program model, has five years of work experience as school psychologist and another five years of experience working with families and couples.
Through his diverse career, Cesar has acquired strong experience working with adults (individuals and couples), adolescents, children and families to address developmental issues, relationship issues and mental health issues. He has also worked extensively in the areas of critical incident and trauma response.
