Imke Cronje

Clinical Psychologist 

Imke is a passionate Clinical Psychologist who applies an evidence-based, strengths-focused and creative therapy approach to empower her clients to lead healthier and happier lives.  

Imke has experience working with both adults and children with a range of conditions including Anxiety, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder and disability; specifically, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability. She has also undergone training in the Circle of Security Parenting program, which uses evidence-based principles to support and strengthen parent-child relationships.

Imke uses treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Relaxation Skills training, Mindfulness and Play Therapy.

Imke believes in guiding clients through their therapy by empowering them to explore their struggles in a safe space and develop coping skills. She enjoys being part of, and learning from, each client’s individual journey.
