Exercise Right for Active Ageing: Group exercise for over 65’s.
Exercise Right for Active Ageing is designed to help over 65’s to get moving in a safe and social environment, tailored to all ability levels.
Over 12 weeks, our trained exercise physiologists will take you through a range of exercises and activities to enhance your strength, coordination and general fitness levels in a safe, fun and interactive environment.
The program is open to older Australians who are inactive and over the age of 65. Inactive older Australians are those participating in less than 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise.
Once a pre-exercise screening assessment has been undertaken by one of our Exercise Physiologists, you are eligible to attend a free trial class, where you can experience our classes first-hand.
The next step is to undergo an initial assessment by our Exercise Physiologists, after which you are ready to join our group training classes.
Classes run once per week for 12 weeks across our Midland and Osborne Park sites.
