Monique completed her Master of Dietetics at Curtin University and gained valuable experience as a Clinical Dietitian in rural settings. Monique utilises a client-centred approach to help individuals to achieve optimal health. She is passionate about empowering clients to make sustainable, long-term changes to improve their health and nutrition.
Monique enjoys working with people from all walks of life and with a variety of conditions such as liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 1 and 2 diabetes, stroke, brain injuries, bowel surgeries, respiratory diseases, kidney disease, cancer… and many others.
In her spare time, Monique enjoys sharing meals with friends and family and participating in sports like rugby, water polo and open-water swimming.
