Tuesday 11 October is National headspace Day!
National headspace Day will be celebrated for the first time on Tuesday 11 October, right around Australia.
In support of young people with mental health issues, #headspaceday is a national day of awareness aimed at ensuring every young person in Australia has access to youth-friendly mental health services, no matter where they live.
#headspaceday signifies what headspace is: a comprehensive, early-intervention mental health service for 12-25 year olds and their families and friends. Young people can visit one of our 95 centres across the country to get help, seek advice or have a chat online or over the phone, from anywhere in Australia, through eheadspace.
