Ashlee’s passion for fitness started at an early age.
Growing up she had taken part in almost every sport, but soon found love in basketball – even representing WA in the State Basketball League during high school.
Her passion for sport and staying healthy drove her to study Sport and Exercise Science and Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at Edith Cowan University.
Since graduating, Ashlee has spent the past nine years working in the industry as an accredited exercise physiologist – working in corporate health, community-based health and occupational health.
She is experienced in prescribing practical exercise interventions for clients as well as planning and delivering group exercise programs.
Ashlee has a proven ability to coach, mentor and work with people of all ages and abilities. She has a passion to improve the health and well being of others, with an emphasis on healthy eating and exercise, and understands how to engage and encourage clients to help them overcome challenges.
Ashlee enjoys working with older adults to help improve their quality of life by using exercise interventions to reduce pain and is experienced with people suffering from musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and metabolic conditions.
