Madeline creates a safe and compassionate space for her clients to explore and understand themselves, whilst integrating evidence-based techniques and therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
