John McGrogan

John is passionate about working collaboratively with people to assist them in improving their confidence and ability to overcome mental health issues.

John has more than 20 years experience as a psychologist, and uses evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness-based cognitive behaviour therapy, and motivational interviewing.

John developed his skills in a variety of roles as a psychologist in the Australian Army, and recently completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology. He believes that committing to positive and grounding principles in life, and allowing those principles to guide your decisions is important to your mental health and wellbeing.
