This free 5-week group healthy lifestyle program will give you the skills and information that you need to make better decisions about nutrition and exercise. These sessions are led by an experienced dietitian who can help you make long-term improvements to your health and wellbeing.
This program is suitable for all adults that want to improve their overall health, particularly if you are at risk of heart disease or type 2 diabetes.
Workshops start on Tuesday, 16th January 2018 at 1.30-2.30pm and will be held every week until Tuesday, 13th February 2018.
