Diabetes Education Event

We are pleased to invite GPs, Practice Nurses and Allied Health Professionals to a diabetes education evening on Tuesday, 14th March to learn about the effective treatment of diabetes. Presentations include:
- Annette Hart, RN, RMW and Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE), will speak about the role of the CDE in a team approach to treatment inertia.
- Dr Mark Lee, FRACP, Consultant Physician and Diabetologist will speak about the place of insulin in the treatment paradigm for patients with type 2 diabetes. He will also discuss treatment inertia and the combination use of insulin with new agents.

Tuesday, 14th March.
Time:
5.30pm for registration and light refreshments. Presentations begin at 5.45pm.
Location:
Black Swan Health building, 137 Main Street, Osborne Park.
