Black Swan Health services have returned to face-to-face service delivery, effective Monday 8th February.

Please note, all of our services are now operating under the following guidelines:

  • All visitors and staff must wear a mask at all times.
  • All visitors must check in on the Safe WA app, or paper-based contact register at each site.
  • Physical distancing is to be maintained wherever possible.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
