Black Swan Health will be closed from 4.00pm Friday 24 December and re-open on Tuesday 4 January.
The following services will operate during this time:
- Freo Street Doctor clinics will run on the following days only:
- Wednesday 29th Dec Freo Oval – 9:00am to 12:00pm
- Thursday 30th Dec St Pats – 9:30am-12:30pm
- headspace Early Psychosis will provide an urgent only service.
